About the Role

Join the team at Lake Crest Animal Clinic in Hoover, AL as our next associate veterinarian. Our three-doctor team is surrounded by a large, long tenured support staff. We treat each other with respect and kindness and have nurtured a truly supportive environment for everyone. Each of us know how to lighten the mood with laughter and buckle down to deliver the quality care our area has come to expect. Our clients are eager to do all they can do for their pets and have complete trust in our treatments and recommendations.  The well-maintained modern facility was recently equipped with a new GE ultrasound machine and digital radiography. We proudly work with the Greater Birmingham and Shelby County Humane Societies and also occasionally see patients from the local Two by Two Rescue.

As a new grad or an experienced vet, you would be a good fit on our team. There are no after hours or overnights required. Our full-time veterinarian schedule rotates every 3 weeks, offering 8 days off over the course of 3 weeks.

Hoover is a lively suburb of Birmingham with many top-notch restaurants, abundant shopping possibilities, and great schools. It was recently voted in the top 30 out of 550 cities in the U.S. by 24/7 Wall Street. The practice is conveniently located off of two major interstates and close to the downtown Hoover area.
